Recently it has been reported that in future there is a big competition between Israel, Russia and China due to which it has been reported that Israel and US together are making Arrow 4 the world’s strongest air defense systems in front of which even Russia’s S-500 and S-400 will not be able to perform well because Arrow 4 will perform better than THAAD (Upgrade) and Patriot air defense which is capable of shooting down even the biggest nuclear missiles of Russia and China’s DF-41 in the sky. Recently, a big report has come out in the world in which it has been reported that the US, Russia, Israel, India, and China are going to make the world’s strongest air defense system.

Several countries are actively building, maintaining, or upgrading anti-ballistic missile (ABM) defense systems capable of countering nuclear-armed ballistic missiles, particularly intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs) or other long-range threats that could carry nuclear warheads.

United States — The U.S. operates the Ground-Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) system, with interceptors in Alaska and California aimed at limited ICBM threats (e.g., from North Korea). It uses non-nuclear “hit-to-kill” interceptors. The system is operational but limited in capability, with ongoing upgrades like the Next-Generation Interceptor (NGI) planned for the mid-2020s onward.

Additional layers include sea-based Aegis BMD (with SM-3 missiles, tested against ICBM-class targets) and THAAD for terminal-phase intercepts. The U.S. continues investing heavily, though experts note it’s not proven reliable against realistic, sophisticated threats.

Russia — Russia maintains the A-135/A-235 system around Moscow, the only operational national-level defense against ICBMs (upgraded in recent years to use non-nuclear kinetic interceptors). It also fields advanced systems like the S-500, which has anti-ballistic capabilities against ICBMs and hypersonics. Russia is actively developing and modernizing these for strategic defense.

Israel — Israel’s multi-layered system includes Arrow 2 and Arrow 3 (exo-atmospheric interceptors co-developed with the U.S.), explicitly capable of countering long-range ballistic missiles, including those potentially nuclear-armed from regional threats like Iran. Arrow 3 has been operational since around 2017 and has demonstrated intercepts. Israel is developing Arrow 4 as a next-generation upgrade.

India — India has developed and tested its own ballistic missile defense program, including the Prithvi Air Defence (PAD) and Advanced Air Defence (AAD) systems, with successful tests against intermediate-range threats. It has acquired Russia’s S-400 (with some anti-ballistic capability) and is pursuing layered defenses against nuclear-capable missiles from neighbors like Pakistan or China.

China — China is pursuing strategic missile defenses, including tests of anti-ballistic systems (e.g., variants in the HQ series or KT family) and capabilities to protect key sites against limited ICBM threats. Development focuses on countering potential U.S. or Indian threats, though details are less public. Currently, U.S., Russia, Israel, and increasingly India and China are the primary ones actively building or sustaining such capabilities specifically relevant to nuclear missile defense.

Why is Israel developing Arrow 4 to bomb Iranian cities, Shoot Down Nuclear Missiles of China and Russia in 2027?

It has recently been reported that in the future, the Israeli Arrow 4 could target the world’s largest nuclear arsenal, as it has been reported that Israel and the US will then target Iranian cities and launch ballistic and hypersonic missiles to inflict damage on Russia and China through the capabilities of the Arrow 4. Because it has been said that the more progressive Israel has been in defense and military arsenals, the more trust the US has in Israel for the past several years, but now the way China, Russia, India, and Turkey are moving ahead in defense systems, missiles, and drones technology, due to this, along with Israel and US, European nations are also working for defense technology.
