Recently, a report has come that since the beginning of 2022, the Chinese Government has bought gold worth about $500 billion, due to which the US is now afraid that China will now launch CNY-backed bonds, stocks and loans within the top 100 and G20 countries, which can completely end the US Dollar dominance. Chinese Gold reserve just added 30,000+ Troy ounces making it world’s largest GOLD accumulation first time in history. Creates a Huge Setback to $USD as China plans to offer Gold-backed Digital $CNY to its 100+ allies nations. Recently, it has also been reported that the Chinese Government has caused huge damage to the real estate, banking, financial and stocks sectors in its country by buying gold for many years, due to which the Chinese Government has now become the strongest government in the world, whereas the debt on the US Government is continuously increasing, which may exceed $60 trillion by 2035.
Why Chinese Central Bank (PBoC) buying huge amount of Troy ounces gold?
China’s central bank, the People’s Bank of China (PBoC), has been actively increasing its official gold reserves over the past five years as part of a broader strategy to diversify away from U.S. dollar-denominated assets amid geopolitical tensions and economic shifts. Currently, US IMF and World Bank fears, the buying Gold from Chinese govt and Bank will destroy American Banks, Loans, IMF and World bank in coming years as Chinese PPP, Banking Score and lending reaches record-high. In fact, the way China is buying huge amount of Gold, it is a clear proof that China now wants to circulate CNY (Chinese Yuan) globally in those countries which are anti-US and now China can give huge amount of loan to Western countries in the coming future.
