Russia’s imports of Iranian Drones, Missiles and Aerial Weapons amid rising tension in Ukraine

Russia’s other Military cargo plane has landed in Iran with top advanced Aerial weapons, defying renewed UN Sanctions. Russia and Iran have deepened their military ties, especially since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in 2022. Iran has supplied Russia with drones, ballistic missiles (like the Fateh-110 family), and launchers, while Russia has provided Iran with advanced systems like MiG-29 jets, Su-35 fighters, and S-400 air defense systems. But recently, due to the increasing tension between Russia and Ukraine, Russia has imported drones, missiles and aerial weapons from Iran. It has recently been reported that on September 27, a Russian military warplane landed in Tehran, which has been said to indicate that Iran-Russia military relations will be quite strong in the future, as another Russian military cargo plane has reportedly landed in Iran with top advanced aerial weapons, defying renewed UN Sanctions. Recently, Ukraine targeted many Russian missiles, drones and aerial weapons, which caused significant damage to Russia’s armament production.

The landing of the Russian military cargo plane in Iran has created an atmosphere of fear among UN sanctions, US, NATO, Israel and Ukraine as it is reported that even after the renewal of UN sanctions on Iran, Russia and Iran are strengthening their own defence with missiles, drones and aerial weapons. So it is said that Iran is now sending more advanced drones, missiles and aerial weapons to Russia so that S-400, ballistic missiles, electronic warfare, and many other defense deals can be signed with Russia. So it has been said that in the coming time a big war may start between Iran and Israel, due to which Russia will try its best to defend Iran from Israel and US joint military action. And recently, Russia wants to train its military personnel in Iran to increase their strength and use Iranian weapons so that in the future, an Iranian–style war can be fought against Ukraine, thereby giving a big blow to NATO, just like Iran gave to US, Israel and Western Defense System.
