Recently, thousands of Christians were killed by Boko Haram in Nigeria, due to which Trump had threatened that the US AFRICA command is now preparing to attack Nigeria. Algeria and Nigeria jointly plans to launch large scale Airstrikes on US-Backed Boko Haram in Western-Sahara. Nigeria blames, the USAID for illegal funding to Africa’s most dangerous Boko Haram terrorist group. So it has been told that Algeria is also troubled by Boko Haram and ISIS Africa, due to which Algeria has purchased Su-57e fighter jets from Russia, due to which it has now been told that along with Nigeria, Algeria can also carry out large scale attacks on Boko Haram. But in all this, U.S. Rep. Scott Perry has directly blamed USAID that due to USAID, Boko Haram, ISIS Africa and local extremist groups are being born in Africa due to which natural resources worth trillions in Africa are being put at risk. The Nigerian government fears that if Boko Haram seizes Africa’s natural resources worth $1 trillion, it is likely that the US and Israel will gain huge energy profits in Africa in the future, and Boko Haram will also expand its strength from South Africa to North West Africa. So now Nigeria and Algeria are also buying Russia’s top advanced military technology so that the current government cannot be overthrown and strict action can be taken against US and Israeli-backed terrorist groups.

U.S. Rep. Scott Perry accuses US government for funding Boko Haram and Israeli-backed terrorist groups through USAID in Africa

The claim that the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is funding Boko Haram—a jihadist terrorist group responsible for over 100,000 deaths and millions displaced in Nigeria’s northeast since 2009—originated not from Nigerian officials but from a U.S. Congressman. In February 2025, during a U.S. House Subcommittee on Delivering on Government Efficiency (DOGE) hearing, Republican Rep. Scott Perry alleged that USAID’s annual $697 million budget, including cash shipments to madrasas (Islamic schools), had “inadvertently” supported terrorist groups like ISIS, Al-Qaeda, Boko Haram, and their affiliates. Perry stated: “Your money, $697 million annually, plus shipments of cash, funds ISIS, al-Qaeda, Boko Haram, ISIS Khorasan, and terrorist training camps. You are funding terrorism, and it’s coming through USAID.” He provided no direct evidence, framing it as a critique of foreign aid oversight under previous administrations. Recently it was reported that Elon Musk had to resign from his administered DOGE (Government Efficiency) because it was reported that the US government, through USAID, was promoting terrorism in Nigeria and Africa. According to Parry, USAID also promoted its mission in Afghanistan, Mali, Sudan, Nigeria and Western Sahara. Actually, U.S. Ambassador Richard Mills had asked for evidence regarding U.S. Rep. Scott Perry’sUSAID funds… Boko Haram” statement but Scott Perry did not provide any kind of evidence due to which now the Nigerian government is also saying that Boko Haram is getting funding from Western countries and NGOs.
